Paul Silletta born and raised in Victoria into a Italian family growing up with his mothers teaching of authentic Italian cuisine.

Paul knew from a young age he had a passion for food. Upon Graduating of high-school in 1992, with cooking as his major, Paul joined the family business as head chef. During that time Paul realized this was his passion and started his own catering company to serve his family, friends and community. Now with Melting Moments Catering Paul continues to carry on some of his family traditions.
